2) Bring your struggles to God.
Let’s face it, we all have struggles. Bringing your struggles to God not only will help you overcome your struggles, but you will be putting God before your struggles. Bring every major decision to God!
3) Give God the glory and honor.
This is simple. Through your accomplishments and achievements, give God the glory!
4) Read His Word daily.
Reading a chapter a day shouldn’t take you longer than 10–15 minutes. If you can’t make time for this, then you need to re-prioritize your schedule. Set a time everyday to read His Word. Maybe you do this before you start your day with your morning prayer or maybe you do this at night before you go to bed. However, make sure you apply this to your daily routine.
5) Look for ways to help others.
When’s the last time you helped others? Did you know, God’s second greatest commandment says to love your neighbor as yourself. I highly recommend you work on this everyday. By treating your waiter with a higher level of respect and truly caring about their feels is a simple way to love your neighbor. Another way is to help the homeless or supporting a cause. Find your way in loving your neighbor as yourself, there’s many ways to accomplish this!! This is an absolute requirement when putting God first.
